INGREDIENTS

  • 300 – 400 gr Orzo (also known as Risoni or Biavetta)
  • 500 – 600 gr of sundried Tomatoes in Oil (keep the oil)
  • 200 gr Olives (preferably Kalamata)
  • 300 – 400 gr of seasonal Greens such as green Beans, green Asparagus or Sugar Snaps
  • 400 – 500 gr Feta
  • 100 gr Pine Seeds toasted
  • 200 – 300 gr Capers
  • big bunch of Parsley
